Who We Are
Doon Animal Welfare Foundation is a compassionate initiative rooted in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, devoted to the rescue, care, and rehabilitation of cows and other vulnerable animals. Since our founding in 2016, we have tirelessly worked to create a world where kindness triumphs over cruelty. Our journey began with just nine abandoned cows, and today we have impacted thousands of animal lives through our shelters, medical camps, awareness drives, and rescue operations. At the core of our mission lies the belief that every being deserves dignity, protection, and love. We collaborate with local communities, volunteers, and donors to run sustainable programs that offer food, shelter, and medical treatment to injured or homeless animals.
